Mara North Conservancy

Staying at Elewana Elephant Pepper Camp

You arrive at Jomo Kenyatta (NBO) and will be transferred by road to Wilson airport. Depending on your time of arrival, you might need a pre-night in Nairobi.

Arrive at the Mara airstrip, where you are met by the lodge and transfer directly to Elephant Pepper Camp. Your 3x night stay includes all your meals, and 2 game drive per day, talk to your safari guide to plan your days.

The vast, fertile plains of the Maasai Mara boasts a plethora of wildlife; with over 450 bird species and both resident and transient populations of lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, giraffe, to name a few, the plains are dense with game. Elephant Pepper Camp is perfect for those wanting to observe the spectacle of the migration, when, from July to October (nature dependent), over 1.3 million wildebeest and zebra cross from the Serengeti in search of greener pastures.

The camp’s remote location allows the stars to shine bright at night, and you can enjoy the unique experience of listening to the sounds of lion, leopard and hyena.

Day 4-6

Masai Mara

Staying at Elewana Sand River Masai Mara

After breakfast, you will be transferred through the bush and local villages to the camp, located within the Mara National Park. Spend 3 nights at Sand River, including all your meals, selected beverages and the shared game drives.

The National Reserve is best known for its large concentrations of big cats, such as leopard, cheetah and, of course, lion. Even the dramatic arrival of the Annual Migration merely adds to an already abundant resident wildlife that awaits discovery. As its name indicates, the camp overlooks the Sand River, a picturesque combination of sand banks, dramatic rocks and riverine forest - an idyllic setting for a late breakfast!

End Of Itinerary

Last morning in the bush, transfer to the airstrip on time for the flight to Wilson. On arrival, road transfer to Jomo Kenyatta and time at leisure for your onward flight, or contact us to extend your trip with a stay in Laikipia, Samburu or on the coast for a few beach days.
